Throwing away all those precious snacks is a necessary step. Having a clean space and keeping all these snacks out of reach make it easier to control those cravings. It is crucial to do this after a meal. Feeling hungry will make this process harder. Be brave and take the trash out.

Did you know that sugar cravings are a symptom of dehydration? Yes, it sounds crazy, but it’s true. Drink water all throughout the day, not in one sitting. The feeling of numbness after binge eating is only short-termed. Nothing gets fixed this way, the pounds just keep adding up, and that will get you nowhere.
You don’t have to go to the gym if you don’t feel like it, just go for a walk, watch a workout video on YouTube. Start slow and work your way up.
